The platform rates any property from AAA (very safe) to C (high risk)on a 1,000-point scale across five pillars — ownership history, loans & charges, court cases, government approvals and market conditions — with every rating traceable to the underlying government records.

Today LegiScore covers 14 states and 70+ live property searches, serving home buyers, NRIs, banks & NBFCs, businesses, law firms and a verified-property marketplace. Most reports are ready in about 15 minutes.
